We at Morris Young Motors Ltd endeavour to make your claims process as stress free as possible.

If you have had an accident and wish to make a claim either from your own insurance or as a third party please do not hesitate to call us. If your vehicle cannot be driven, recovery is available.

Your vehicle will be estimated the same day and submitted to the relevant insurance company.

We will liaise with the insurance company on your behalf and make all the necessary arrangements for repair.

Claims Assistance

If you need any assistance with your claim form, we will gladly help. To speed up the repair procedure, we can fax the estimate together with the claim form direct to your Insurance Company or Broker and arrange for the assessors inspection. Also we have the option to forward the estimate and images of damage direct to the assessor via electronic link for possible desktop authorisation. As we have considerable experience with claims I am sure we can help.

Remember that it is your choice as to who repairs your vehicle regardless of what your Insurance Company tells you when you ring them, and as you have chosen us to prepare the estimate we will endeavour to carry out the repairs to your complete satisfaction as quickly as possible to keep your inconvenience to a minimum.

Only one estimate is required for your repair. Although the cheapest estimate will satisfy your Insurance Company, will the cheapest repair satisfy you? If any negotiation is required, we will do this on your behalf with your Insurance Company’s nominated assessor.

You will of course be provided with a courtesy car.
